Canadian Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Primary Dispatch Hub: All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our central Canadian warehouse located at:

Free Provincial Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Ground Shipping to all 10 Canadian provinces. Orders are processed the next business day, with an estimated delivery window of 15–30 business days across Canada.
The Territories (YT, NT, NU): Due to the unique logistical requirements of the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, these regions are excluded from our free shipping program. Customers in the Territories are invited to contact us for a custom freight quote based on current seasonal accessibility and carrier rates.
Complimentary Forklift Service: To ensure a safe and professional delivery, orders for excavators and skid-steer loaders include on-site forklift unloading service at no extra cost. You do not need to rent or provide your own lifting equipment—we handle the entire offloading process for you.
FREE Local Pickup (GTA Area): Want your equipment sooner? Customers located near the Greater Toronto Area can choose Local Pickup at our Mississauga warehouse.
- Availability: Monday to Friday (Business Hours).
- Process: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your pickup. Our warehouse team will assist with loading the equipment onto your trailer or truck.
